Yes, a struggled with the technical implications of 'endpoint' too - especially the network-centric meanings. It is certainly not perfect. I quite like "UI Virtualization" though. If I'd heard it earlier...? Although, the interface is not all that is virtualized - the underlying capabilities (OS, Apps) that deliver the UI are virtual too. Good food for thought though.
