Glad you've started blogging, Andi. Even though I'm not an industry analyst, I started for many of the same reasons, and, funny enough, followed a similar pattern of adoption as you with Twitter. All of the various conversations (and blog-based musings) do a lot, I've found, to help advance and help me work through my thinking on the various topics that are of interest. If newspapers were always considered a "rough draft of history," then blogs and tweets must be the notes scrawled down on bits of envelope before a rough draft even gets created. But best of all (most of the time) is the immediate feedback of these newer media, and the immediate engagement they provide into the rest of what the industry's thinking about. Looking forward to reading more!
